This class is designed to address misconceptions about the VA home loan program and update agents on recent
changes. We will discuss the benefits of a VA loan as well as the overall process from eligibility, qualifying, allowable
fees, appraisal to loan closing. The presentation includes the state benefits for veterans thru the Texas Veterans Land
Board as well as the VA Renovation Program.
